Makes effort to acknowledge your work, no matter big or small. • Great support culture - though everyone is working remotely now, it's always easy to get help from colleagues in US, Australia or India via Slack or video calls. • Weekly virtual team lunch to get to know my colleagues (p.s. no work topics)

• Different timezones result in smaller window period to interact with colleagues from other countries and may sometimes result in longer response time to solve problems/issues. • As a start-up, not all processes will be documented or have SOPs to refer to but not always a bad thing since we work in an agile environment.
