Great place to work. Awesome attitude and culture amongst employees. Management that cares and is fully accessible. Extremely well run. The company values its employees and that shows.

This is a tough one. If I had to list one, it would be that it is a start-up and so there can be growing pains at times. With that said, there is the opportunity with the growth to make things your own.
