Can be fast-paced and large workload

Flexible workplace, paid positions, ability to move up quickly, lots of reviews and critiques of work. Lots of great input from paid full-time staff and adviser for student employees.

Can be a struggle to keep up with school and publishing a daily newspaper every night. There is a constant struggle to fit content in the paper and a large divide between the newsroom and advertising business.
