It used to be an amazing company that focused on self-growth and employees well-being.

Something happened and they just started going the opposite direction. They do not care about strategy, or compliance, or employees. ALl they care about is cutting costs in the most nonsense ways. There is no transparency, One-sided directions that do anything but help the business recover. It's sad to see what this company has become.
