Slow to adapt to industry changes People are very mediocre, very few innovative thinkers. Most are button pressers and paper/email pushers Does not reward high performers. You get a pat on the back and slap on the wrist for setting up the standard too high for the rest of the group. Never shows up with big raises or promotions. Promotion is more about tenure
