Great coworkers, enjoyed the work, but...

No training; figure-it-out-yourself mentality. They don't pay good money to keep good people. Expect to work at least 50hr/week (no compensation except being able to keep your job). Oversights and errors due to too little good employees having too much work. Processes/procedures to complete and useless meetings to attend. No balance of work (either too much or not enough). Promises clients too much in too little time (hence 50+hr work weeks). Say they are innovative but lack creativity. HR the Help Desk not that helpful. A boys-club (good luck if you're female and want to move up). Downhill began with"outsourcing" and buying a competitor every year... they are just lost, wrapped up in money money money.

You work your tail off using gas, mileage, time, energy, tolls, and consistent but the authenticator who sit in the comfort of their home find any and everything wrong with the survey you fill out. Then, you don't get paid. Their portal that you are supposed to use while on location has connectivity issues or whatever reason they decide to blame it on. So far, I've lost $500.00 with this company. There are many other mystery shopping companies who don't try to cheat you out of money. If I had to guess, they use your pictures and get THEIR money but won't pay their contractors. I would suggest shopping for any other company besides Ipsos!
