Toxic environment - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Irdeto

It is a toxic environment with a lot of politics. Managers are evolved engineers and are not trained to be a manager. This results in micro management. Engineers are left in the cold by (engineering) management and are not valued appropriately. They don't get the salary that is promised. The company wants to have the image of a diverse company with a nice culture, but this fails miserably. The culture is bad. Colleagues are dishonest and try to steal the jobs of others and take pride of work they did not do theirself.
