      Firstly, I would like to thank you for your long service over the past 10 years and your positive comments about what it is like to work at Iress. We recognise the past couple of years have been a challenging time for Iress but the strong performance and growth we are currently seeing is validation of the changes made. We now have a clear and focused long term strategy that we are all behind, and our collective effort and commitment will continue to drive us forward to success. Importantly, tech modernisation is central to this strategy.

Great community spirit and policies that work for employees. Trust from leaders without micro management.       The scale of the business sometimes impacts speed of delivery and agility. Recent salary reviews haven't kept pace with industry inflation. Over burdened middle tier managers spend more time firefighting than strategising

Speeding up the movement of our software to Iress’ Cloud Platform, and the delivery of products and services through a single prod-tech platform are just two examples of how we are accelerating the build and delivery of our solutions. We spoke in detail about these, and the other key elements of our plans in our people sessions towards the end of last year.
