      Thanks for providing feedback. In terms of salary/reward, we aim to provide an all-round package of salary/benefits that rewards people for their contribution/performance and which is competitive in local markets. While I appreciate your view on managers is based on your personal experience, it is not a view that is shared by the large majority of people at Iress. In our most recent full people survey, 81% said their manager was a great role model and 79% said they know what they need to be successful in their role.
