Not great for a young professional - Recensione dipendente - Scientist presso Iris Environmental

Lack of direction, poor management, a lot of mundane, repetitive fieldwork that teaches a young scientist/engineer very little. Relatively unprofessional work environment. There is nowhere to go if you are a young person. They do not do a good job of growing employees' careers. Extremely high turnover in staff (few stay more than 2 years).
