Horrible culture/management - Recensione dipendente - Field Clinical Representative presso IronRod Health

Can never get a timely response from management. Will be highly micromanaged. This company will lie to you about growth opportunities and lead you on. Makes promises of a bonus structure and never follows through. Very TOXIC and hostile work environment!! You can never speak up without being shamed in front of everyone. They say that they are "patient obsessed" but constantly pushing out work days even weeks leaving the patient waiting for a response. Oh and don't even think about getting a livable pay/raise, by asking you risk losing your job. Cannot trust HR. Once you make a complaint you are fired within hours.
