Great coworkers, great physicians. very diverse hospital population, lots of experience to be gained in this tiny hospital. heavy ob/gyn inpatient.

compensation not great, heavy pt loads, management is overloaded (by choice?) so the same problems over and over. mds expect a lot from nursing.
