The people at the very top don’t know what they’re doing or where they’re going. the organisation lacks direction and identity. - no upwards opportunity, especially for women. There are no female directors and only one female in semi senior position in the organisation. There’s a lot of misogyny and policing of women’s dress and behaviour. - nepotism and corruption runs deep.
