Excellent knowledge within the team, very friendly people and the remote-first culture really shines. Extremely highly-skilled staff and lots of space to upskill. CEO and other teams are also open to communicating and sharing ideas. Lots of forward thinking. Decent salary (but only just!). Bonus schemes are just about acceptable. Pension is relatively good.

Product-owners / leaders are overworked, and some use workflows / technologies / ideas which are out-dated and inefficient. Most of the employees are extremely senior, but there appears to have been a string of new starters suffering from visibility. Often, completed work sits rotting in review stages, with arguments from managers/owners killing all forward momentum. This means lots of wasted effort and dead productivity, reflecting unfairly on individuals.
