Isometric is the best place I’ve worked by a wide margin. The team is talented, leadership is mission-driven, and the vibe slays. Engineering skews senior/staff with diverse backgrounds, so there’s a ton to learn. It’s still a startup though, so there’s plenty of room to take ownership if you’re keen. The tech stack is modern, and there’s a strong culture of continuously improving tools/patterns, which makes the codebase genuinely enjoyable to work with. The team is also really fun/social (even the engineers, lol), so the hybrid setup works well since I actually enjoy going into the office.
