Every person matters and is contributing. Incredible mission - to use AI to accelerate drug discovery, which means more treatments and cures for the people who need them. The work is meaningful. Part of the Alphabet family, with the resources to succeed. The leadership of Demis Hassabis and others who are top in their fields - need I say more?
