My time at Isoude was incredibly inspiring. All members of this community are extremely supportive of one another and the growth I experienced there was invaluable. My time there significantly helped shape me as a designer and entrepreneur. Isoude is a dynamic environment that is welcoming to new talent and ideas. The size of the company also allows for substantial hands-on experiences in a range of roles. All employees are well-rounded and willing to teach new employees how to be successful in this fast-paced, exciting company. Seeing exceptionally beautiful garments come to life is a rewarding, daily experience. I will be forever grateful of the time I spent there and for all that I learned collaborating with the brilliant designers of Isoude.

One of the challenges with Isoude is that it is a virtual office which can be difficult at time with communication and reviewing samples. Overall, the team works through any issues to solve problems effectively.

You get to work from home.

They never pay on time. Their terms say net 30 but I have waited up to 3 months to actually get paid. There are always mistakes with the patterns they send that you are expected to fix. But when you make a mistake they charge you to fix them. The whole year was a bad experience. I kept waiting for things to get better but it never did.
