You get paid what you are willing to put into this. There is no check if you don’t show up to work. There is not time off if your wanting an increase in your check. You have to exert effort. You have to work when you don’t feel like it. You have to sacrifice time doing things you may want to do for the bigger picture. Most people don’t want to work. They want a free ride.
