Technology is interesting. Some bright brains in the US. Good tool for Telco-market.

The price of the license and service is way bigger than the problem the tool solves in the enterprise market. Competition is fierce. Story does not appeal. No one cares about EMEA. There is a status-quo in that region and new employees are seen as threat to the existing status and you are made to feel the negative atmosphere on day 1. There is always something going on behind the scenes that you do not know. I reported to 4 line managers in 1 year. Last one was insisting on methodologies from 50 years ago, like asking to be put on bcc sending emails to customers, jumping into your call with customers without you knowing it or being informed in advance. At the end no one cares about you and no one cares about your opinion.

Great internship program! As a student, it's hard to beat the pay and hands on experience. You aren't just working on special projects, and are very much included in the actual business framework. For the most part, people are welcoming.

Svantaggi

I wouldn't entertain the idea of a long lasting career here, they exist but are rare. Interns have more job security than full time employees. The layoff cycles are constant, about every 3 months. And sales is a revolving door.
