      No work life balance, no recognition for hard work, lazy leads and coordinators (in my case) who will not take responsibility at all. Managers are worst (in my case). No one cares about employee. Never ending confusion among teams. Leads are dominating and have no idea what's going on. HR is only good for organizing internal mindless events. Ask them for salary, compensation or even leave and they will go mute for months. You need to be one of these to feel at home - Gujarati, shareholder, female or german. Rest all are slaves.

      Fantastic work culture. Helpful colleagues. Learning opportunities. Teams bond very well. Very friendly HR and CEO. Open office layout-everybody is approachable and doesn't need permission to discuss anything. Whether it is ideas or grievances, anybody can discuss things with anybody without fear. Wonderful HER and Finance teams. Very growth-oriented company.

      Lack of a specialized viewing deck of the Pune Int'l Airport. Major chances of getting distracted by the fighter jets during sorties. Very strict policies with regards to timeline of deliverables. Demands accountability for every work. If you still think there are negatives in this company, you are grossly mistaken. Contact the HR team now.
