No Work-Life Balance or Benefits - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Itzy Ritzy

-I was not able to enjoy major experiences in my life due to work. I was expected to work nights of the week leading up to my wedding (after working 8 hours during the day) and was not able to even take a half day on the closing of my house. I worked in the morning of or late the night before for almost every PTO day I took. As this was pretty much an entry level job, I don’t think it was fair to expect this much given there was no room for me to be promoted and the pay was minimal. -I gave more than a standard time’s notice for leaving, and the company did not even walk me through an exit process. I set up my own exit interview and went through was I thought to be a standard checklist of to-do’s. -I was asked to use my own technology (computer and headset) when working from home, and my in-office computer would freeze every hour. -Super social media conscious- completely understandable given the company’s brand, but I would be asked to bend over backwards for anyone that had a negative comment. This should not be the trick to getting what you want as a consumer. Policies on our website were given exceptions only if a customer posted negatively on social media which made the job difficult. -No 401K, No paid holidays, low pay for the effort put in and abuse/mental health exhaustion received in this role.
