-They undervalue their employee -Employees come and go -everytime they hire an hr they leave -The person who takes care of hr now is the assistant and had no Hr skills. -They make you work hard, ith no incentive to grow, promote raises + bonus but only gives it to their AI programmers -They only offer to pay for certifications and training but only for their programmers -They offer to pay the cellphone bill but don't even give users a corporate phone -The office location is not the best -Gives you 5 weeks of vacation but won't allow you to take them - company is not secure, refuses to enforce normal guidelines to protect users data
