      The hiring process took about a month, start to finish. I was informed of the process from the beginning, including who I would be speaking with. Interview was much more conversational than many I've had recently, although I did fall back on STAR responses as they have become much more natural for me.

      I was very happy with the hiring process. I can't think of anything that stands out as being negative.

      Constant layoffs, horrible leadership, toxic culture, weird reporting structure (HR reporting to legal, IT reporting to Sales Ops, CISO is an Attorney).
