      Great people that are smart and hardworking. A product that is established and well liked in the IT field. Very few disruptions due to the economy.

      Management never can decide on what's next. They change their minds often leaving many great products on the floor.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
