They are uniformly some of the sharpest, most passionate, hardest-working, and funniest people I've met in almost 40 years in the information technology industry. If you like working with great people, in person or remotely, you won't find better than at Ivanti.

      The work is demanding, and deadline pressure can be significant, but no more than that at any other company trying to change a significant part of a market (or the world). Recent changes in leadership have yet to play out fully, which likely causes some uncertainty across the organization.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
