      The legal team here is amazing and really focuses on making sure that we facilitate sales rather than hinder them. People are supportive even during strange times with coronavirus. Management works closely with you to grow your skills and abilities.

      It's a very large international company with a lot of products, complicated internal processes, and history, so it takes longer to feel confident.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
