      Everyone here is friendly and hardworking. Honestly, it feels like a big family here. They frequently bring in food and have snacks on hand for employees. They are very flexible with schedules, as long as work is being completed. Management is hard working and truly has a vision for the company.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
