      Great being able to work with a great team. The company makes you feel like family. It's great that you're able to speak to all of your Senior Leadership in the office. They're readily available.

      Just being able to work on continual growth and career paths. Everyone wants to grow within a year and move on to bigger and better pastures depending on the job title.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
