      Broad portfolio that spans every department in an organization. Long history of legacy products. Large Install base.

      Svantaggi

      - Sales Operations is the worst I have experienced anywhere. - Product Development: Very siloed, little integration between products. - Sales / Product Training: Non Existent - Hard to get paid 100% on sales. Everything is an exception / negotiation internally - Marketing Strategy: Vague and virtually non-existent - Product Claims that it can't really do - Vulnerabilities in the product are causing customers to leave left and right.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
