      The company seems to have had financial issues historically and has been through quite a few executive-level employees, especially in the last year resulting in reduction of workforce and lack of wage increases for a couple years.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
