      In complete honesty and sincerity there are few good reasons to work at LANDesk. Some of the people there are nice but frankly that can only go so far in providing a desirable work place environment. There is more to wanting to work somewhere than the people.

      The lack of leadership focus, direction, and quality communication make it a dreary awful place to go everyday. I would not recommend anyone seek employment at LANDesk.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
