      There are no pros whatsoever. Join only if you are desperate (like you're unemployed etc)

      Possibly one of te worst security company you could possibly join nowadays. Company is facing serious financial issues. So many employees quit and company is not responsive enough with developing the products due to lack of resources. As result of that, they are not able to keep up with their competitors. They lay off people all the time to make numbers look good.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
