Great colleagues. Had a lot of fun working with several people here.

There were constant reorganizations, about 1–2 per year, which meant you were repeatedly shuffled between different roles. The organization was incredibly chaotic, with frequent changes of CEO. You rarely had time to settle into a new position before another reorganization came along with new priorities, new tasks, and new directions. Overall, governance was poor.

Other technicians are really nice people, with good talents, but leadership is nowhere to be seen or make things better.

Pretty much everything, From the amount of resposibilities one have compared to your title, the pay which is lower than Sweden's average. Mistakes done by leadership and it only affects normal employees but never the leadership itself.
