Iverify has made great progress over the past year. The company is focused on what is important, is investing in new software to automate, and creating efficiencies across the company. There is a strong focus on ensuring our customers receive the best service. They launched a new software called service max that provides better insight and service to our customers who are taken care of by subcontractors who perform service calls at their locations. Communications are excellent from both my direct managers and from senior management. I like the monthly all company meetings and the recognition given to employees. Funny reading some of the other comments on glassdoor. I wonder what company they thought they were working for. Company is not perfect, no company is, however it has moved in the right direction. The passion and purpose across the company is excellent.

People complaining on glassdoor about things that are not realistic.

I really enjoyed assisting our clients with the security alarm systems and learning about the different equipment that is installed through out the country! It is very rewarding to know that you are providing a lifeline to clients experiencing burglary or fire alarm signals and the process of involving polisce

They recently merged with a company called TransAlarm, and they are working on 2 different programs pulling data from the same place. What is frustrating is that the new system interface is slower than the old system interface, and they are going to transition over to the new system platform. The scheduling got changed in the midst of the transition of the merger of the 2 companies, and the 8 hour shifts were done away with, and the only options were 6am to 5pm or 6pm to 5 am shifts, and that just didn't fit for my work or lifestyle!!!
