Working at Ivory Group has been such a great experience, the culture here is genuinely supportive, ambitious, and team-driven. Management is approachable and really invested in your growth, always offering guidance and celebrating your wins. It felt like I could approach anyone from any corner of the office and get support. There’s a clear path for progression, and they’re big on developing people through regular training, feedback, and mentoring. It’s a place where your hard work is recognised, your ideas are valued, and you feel part of something bigger. Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that combines career growth with such a positive team vibe couldn't recommend it more. Love the team, love the management, love the culture and just love the company overall. They would move mountains for your career and growth.

I have nothing bad to say. Only reason for leaving was due to unexpected personal commitments where I needed to be closer to home.

I joined Ivory Group after working for a big corporate for close to 3 years and really wanted to join a mid size company that would give me exposure to business, sales and HR that a big corporate couldn't and to my surprise it ended up giving me much more than that. Ivory Group invest 6 months of training when you first start to ensure you are being set up for success and from there it has you conduct tailored training to ensure you are developing in areas you require. The pros list really goes on: - Management care about their staff and want to ensure their personal life and work life work well together - Monthly and Quarterly catch ups in regards to development and a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved to progress forward in your career - Excellent commission structure for their sales staff - Fun and vibrant team culture - Annual incentive trips (i have seen half of Southeast Asia with Ivory Group) , amazing Christmas parties and even better quarterly functions

I couldn't say anything negative about Ivory Group, it has set my up for success in life and provided me the skill set to find my next opportunity. Whilst I have left Ivory Group, I can definitely see myself returning in the near future
