It sad that ivy used to In Invest in its Employees But when it's too good to be true it always seems to be It's hard watching the company that used to flourish you still flourish start to fall apart because executives won't open their eyes to the very bad apples in the whole bunch it bunch it's sad to have people that do nothing always point the finger at people that are doing everything I've seen it hundreds of times where people point the finger and next thing you know they're gone it's nonsense and it's scary I struggle Pay my rent And I basically pay sickly pay to live where I work and that's Sad because half the time you don't get reimbursed especially for your bags when flying they used to do Every pay. You'll be able to send something and say this is how much you spent and they bring versus now you don't get anything until the end of the project I do not know how you expect us to be able to live like this The benefits are Ridiculously expensive And don't really cover anything All the good people that we're working management are all gone and now all the snakes are left You got greedy And instead of like most companies that profited off of its employees Y Hard work in success Reward them with better benefits more pay you actually did the exact opposite and made it to where we're not getting much of anything we're paying to live somewhere that we can't afford to be over 5 people to a rental you pay for the gas btw Sharing hotel rooms Even for a while they'll give you $40 A-day that you would be reimbursed possibly possibly I still have yet to be reimbursed on any end my plane bag on where they send you Work used to be abundance now a few jobs here and there Expect people that make hourly to be able to just sit around and not make any money So that they couldn't claim unemployment I wish the ceos would truly open their eyes and see how how poisonous a lot of the upper management all are and it's going to bring the whole company down in the United States stop paying these children who don't take nay responsibility and point the finger at the ones busting there arsss here every day . I use to brag about working for such a good company that took care if it's own now I am very un happy and wish it could go back to when it was exciting . I dread work not because of work but because the management teams are full of it and make world miserable
