I love working at J.A.M. because they are always looking for ways to get better; as people and as a company! Whether its finding ways to work smarter, or allowing us to take on projects outside our normal duties, the people that do well at J.A.M. are all committed to working together to make a better future for us!

With new systems along with the growth of the company, there is a fair bit of additional stress and sometimes longer hours.
