- Hybrid working agreement - since RTO was initiated in 2024 post-COVID (4 years lock down full WFH) return to office for 3 days a week. Flexible if ill, etc.
- work-life balance improved, most teams are on anytime cycles (previous reviews I seen here show negatively Fridays only, not the case in 80% of cases)

- RTO enforced, it put a cloud over heads
- Sudden Reorgs are not ideal, especially without good reason (just told it is good opportunity)
