Complete lack of diversity, despite promises of diversifying the company, every top new hire since last summer has been a non-BIPOC person. No work life balance with little appreciation. Not to mention, compared to the industry, my position is grossly underpaid. Only option to get promoted is when someone else leaves. We also have a new CEO every year, absolutely no stability.
