After almost 6 years here, I haven't found one yet. I wish I had joined this company much earlier in my career. Prior to J.F. Ahern, I spent 14 years at a smaller family-owned business and while they helped introduce me to the field, they also operated with peak levels of nepotism. J.F. Ahern is family owned and operated, but the corporation is managed with integrity that of which I never knew existed. The management committee is run transparently with educated checks and balances by a diverse group of highly intelligent but also relatable people.
