The company has decent pay, employees are friendly, good break, and a pretty good job to have.

Needs more and better snack supply.

It is a job. You will show up, work and make okay money. I met and worked with some truly awesome people. And they were the main reason I stayed for any amount of time.

As the headline suggests, this is an e-commerce company posing as some kind of mom-and-pop Texas/ US born AV/ electronics company. The truth of the matter is it is a warehouse full of cheap electronic devices of all kinds of variety that you will be asked to peddle and support. Nothing is made or designed in house besides perhaps the basic apps and software made to accommodate some the more expensive AV devices. Now, obviously, these things are very apparent to most customers, and they are quite shocked the company even has working phones or actual support agents and sales reps. But this all leads to the ultimate flaw with this place: dishonesty. The "Upper Managment" (if you can even call them that) refuses to not only be honest with customers, but also themselves. They refuse to admit that they are simply carrying out a bulked-up version of what has been going on since the company's inception. Flipping electronic devices on amazon that have been imported from China out of the founder's garage. If management could just admit they are simply an e-commerce company that got caught up in the amazon whirlwind and is now slowly dying as people realize these kinds of companies are not what they say they are and are typically not worth it, they would be better off. As it would open the business up to re-direction, new priorities, maybe even new (honest) products! I won't even get into the "PC" side of things. Which is potentially just a full-blown illegal scam. All in all, it is a chaotic nightmare that is going nowhere fast.
