Steady shift, full time with overtime avail, overall good working enviroment, there is room for advancement. We all there to work hard, and work hard everyone will. Employer actually cares about employees, when it's really hot in summer, bosses come around with cold bottles water for everyone, this was a shock to me, greatly appreciated it, and it was almost every hot day they did this. And if whole plant producing to company standards during whole week, company supplied pizza for everyone, another shock.

Very Hard Work, nothing wrong with that, but, if your in your 20-30s you are able to work hard day in day out, when your in your 50s your mind says yes, but day after day your body says, slow down, hurting, so it's more of a younger mans job. Also some days start time is 2-3am, so you need to go to bed by 6pm, if you are family man, this cuts into family life. But usually finished by 2-3pm everyday. Also to many little Chiefs working with you, sucking buts with bigger bosses, ratting on every little thing.v
