Svantaggi
Unfortunately, all the negative reviews on this site about this organization are accurate. The positive reviews appear to be created by the company to maintain a higher rating. Years of harassment, bad actors, and discrimination have created an environment where no one cares anymore. Teamwork is nonexistent, and the workplace has become toxic, with employees constantly trying to undermine one another. This behavior originates from the top, with poor management and ineffective leaders setting the tone. The new USA CEO and COO are unfit for their roles and have promoted friends to higher positions as if this were a social club. This has shattered the confidence of employees who were hoping for real change. When unqualified individuals are promoted, it drives away talented and dedicated employees. HR routinely asks employees to participate in "confidential" surveys but reportedly uses the feedback to retaliate against those who voice complaints. As a result, employees no longer trust HR. The Global CEO's broken promise that “JAS is not laying off anyone” further eroded trust when layoffs did occur. Employees now feel no sense of loyalty and are less enthusiastic about being part of the company's culture. Toxic leadership and internal strife have damaged the company's culture to the point where it struggles to hold things together. Desperation to hire new staff is evident, but the focus is misplaced. Newly promoted individuals often lack the necessary experience, exacerbating problems rather than solving them. Instead of hiring operational employees to ease workloads, the company continues to hire managers and VPs who contribute little but bullying and intimidation. Employees are burned out and leave as soon as they find other opportunities. Working here is extremely stressful. Management relies on intimidation and pressure to achieve results, but this approach has backfired. Employees are angry, frustrated, and unwilling to help one another. Trust is nonexistent, secrecy is pervasive, and processes are poorly managed. The expectations for salespeople are unrealistic, compounded by insufficient operational support, making it nearly impossible to close deals. Rather than fostering collaboration, the culture pits everyone against one another. I would not recommend JAS to anyone, anywhere. If you have other opportunities, take them. Many new employees report feeling deeply disappointed within weeks of joining the company.
