Straightforward work picking bicycle parts from shelves to fulfill orders and a relatively fun environment for bicycle nerds. Everyone is generally easy to get along with. You'll walk around ~6 miles a day if you enjoy the exercise.

There’s a colleague at the location in question whose behavior significantly harms morale. They are irascible, frequently berate and denigrate colleagues in front of others, act as a gatekeeper that blocks skill development, and demand adherence to rules and professionalism they themselves routinely ignore. Management did not address these issues. If you’re asked to meet someone on location before employment, pay attention to whether you feel respected and at ease during that conversation.
