Leadership has done a great job of laying out a plan for the company both short and long term. They have also done a great job of developing a lean and agile environment that makes hoping in and working hard extremely easy and straightforward. Cannot praise the work environment enough!

Only con would be not being able to stay on full time due to company size, great place to be!
