Executives and administrators work very hard to make sure that employees know they are valued, and they develop good interpersonal relationships. For someone just starting in their career, the pay is better than working directly for the government. Basic benefits are pretty good compared to other similarly sized companies.

Because it is still a small company, they are unable to provide some benefits that may be crucial to some people, such as tuition reimbursement/assistance. Also, because they operate under subcontracts with larger government primaries, they often do not have much freedom in how large of a raise they are allowed to give their own contract employees each year since it is dictated by their contract with the primary. As a result, they really fell behind during the post-pandemic inflation which the contract did not allow them to accommodate for. To their credit, they fought very hard with the primary and with congress to allow an amendment to the contract that would fix that.
