Sales team were favorited over everyone else Pay was abysmal Toxic culture - any grievances was taken to someone who had nominated themselves as the care officer and they would deal with it from there. When times were busy, and people were overworked, nothing was done about it (i.e. hiring more staff or redistributing work)
