So many cons. High staff turnover due to poor culture and leadership. Problematic leadership team who are focussed on themselves and not their people. Micromanagement and dictatorial style of management is prevalent. The entire leadership of the company focusses on the sales team and not the contributions of the wider workforce. They have no idea about what people actually want from a culture perspective and still think free pizza lunches work. Implemented 'flexible' working but still press home the fact they want you in the office including having the big French boss say that in a company gathering. Lots of white men, plenty of misogyny and total lack of diversity both in leadership and the wider office-based parts of the company.
