Great manager! Great company! Always felt great when I walked through the door to see my community director Joy @ Camden Parc! She made me feel good when the day started and always made me feel motivated. She made me feel like I could do anything and made me successful at doing my job. Joy always did her best to make sure all workers were motivated and made sure that we were all always professional! Joy stays on top of her workers to make sure they are always maintaining a professional and positive attitude, I honestly don't think they could have picked a better community director to run Camden Parc! Even when under stress Joy made sure to keep a positive attitude and always made sure her staff was well taken care of! I loved working for this company and the main reason was because of the communication I was able to have with my community director and the way she was able to encourage myself and other employees how to solve problems when they arose! While working for JCM I have learned so much and I am happy I was able to be apart of their company and work with such great management!
