I appreciate the close-knit feel of the team. Everyone is collaborative and helpful. I look forward to coming to work. I really like my Manager and the CEO is very transparent.

Should consider longer parental leave, but otherwise benefits are solid!

There’s a lot of opportunity for growth here, which has been really exciting. The company provides a ton of resources to help you succeed, and you never feel like you’re figuring things out alone. Everyone is super supportive and always willing to jump in and help, no matter the team. Communication across the company is strong and transparent, which makes a big difference day to day. The benefits are also amazing, and being in a 100% remote work environment is a huge plus. Even though we’re remote, the company brings everyone together at least once or twice a year, which makes it easy to connect with the whole team. On top of that, the culture is genuinely fun—you can tell people enjoy working here, and it makes the environment really positive.

Things can move pretty fast, and as the company continues to grow, priorities can shift. It helps to be adaptable, but it also keeps things exciting, especially if you enjoy a fast-paced environment.
